Truly unprofessional HRs-- I went for a Java interview scheduled for morning at Tech Mahindra office in Electronic City Bangalore--Plot No. 45 - 47, KIADB Industrial Area, Phase - II, Electronic City, Bangalore - 560100 (Karnataka) India. My interview was scheduled by an HR from Tech Mahindra. i have had the worst interview experience of my lifetime here. And just to add-: i am an ex Tech Mahindra employee.Have already served Tech Mahindra for over 5.5 years in my past career. 1) I traveled all the way from Marathahalli to Electronic City for this interview. It took me 1.5 hrs to reach there. 2) There was no arrangement for water also. 3) The interview panel was not present. And the HR - 'Shri Shaila Murthy' misbehaved with the candidates who appeared for the interview. I am a female and he shouted and blasted at me like anything.Maybe it is in his upbrining that his parents have taught him to misbehave with females also-let alone be males. How could Tech Mahindra even hire such kind of people HRs? 4)He said he could do nothing if the interview panel did not come and that it was not his problem. 5) So no interviews happened, and it was a complete waste of time. My suggestion to all you out there- There are lot more better companies to aspire for. Appearing for Tech Mahindra Interview is a total time waste !
