I've grown from working in a restaurant to paving my own path to discover what I enjoy doing and develop my commercial skills. The only part lacking was to use those skills in an environment that drives me, namely software. This along with Lightspeed's fame as an inclusive and aware employer drove me to apply as soon as the opportunity presented itsself.
