In this role you will:

• Assist in creating reports and technical documents
• Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval
• Implement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actions
• Manage and control information circulation
• Set up an efficient document management system
• Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives
• Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in a similar document management role in large scale and complex Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Pharma, or heavy industrial projects.
• Have experience in Aconex, Procore and Sharepoint
• Enjoy managing a large range of information
• Have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
• Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
• Have the legal right to work in the Netherlands and are based in or willing relocate to Groningen.
