A Day in the Life

The Project coordinator executes several processes in the Regulatory Operations team with excellence and within service level agreements. Processes may include: MDR Economic Operator Verification Process, GTS (Global Trade System) Product Release activities, Product Registrations in the UK and Requesting Certificates of Free Sales.

This role is hybrid (currently >3 days in office combined with working from home) based in the Netherlands, and involves daily clerical duties such as data entry and processing information.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with defined processes, timelines, and organizational objectives
• Support the planning and oversight of daily operations by tracking progress, facilitating information exchange, and addressing issues to keep projects on track
• Provide comprehensive project and program support, including monitoring schedules, budgets, and system performance to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes, guidelines, and procedures based on operational knowledge and experience
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain project documentation and reports, including data collection, tracking, and status updates for stakeholders
• Deliver technical and administrative support such as system training, documentation, data extraction, validation, and coding activities
• Manage a range of non-routine administrative and coordination tasks independently, supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Act as a key point of communication for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely information flow
• Provide guidance and informal coaching to junior team members to promote consistency, knowledge sharing, and team effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend practical solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall project outcomes.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and being a team player
• Diligent and detail oriented
• Quick to understand new things
Experience with SAP GTS is advantageous.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
