Together with your colleagues from the cell, you discuss progress. What’s going well? Where do opportunities lie? Over some snacks and drinks, the best ideas emerge for further developing our cell. What does your work look like? - You analyze business processes and translate them into concrete improvement opportunities; - You gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear User Stories and Use Cases; - You work with models like BPMN and use tools to visualize processes; - You implement solutions that have a direct impact on our clients; - You support your colleagues by sharing your knowledge and brainstorming together on complex challenges; - You actively participate in our Business, IT, and Data cell, including our quarterly meetings, training sessions, and other events.

What we expect from you

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• A natural ability to switch between Business and IT.
• Entrepreneurship and curiosity: you always look for the ‘why’ behind a problem.
• Strong communication skills and analytical ability.
• Experience with process modeling, requirements engineering, and Agile methodologies.
