We are looking for a friendly, structured, and professional International Workforce Administrator to be the first point of contact for our subcontractors / co-makers.
In this role, you are part of the Facility department. Together with a team of colleagues, you are responsible for immigration and compliance-related administration for international staff and contractors.

What will your challenges be?

• Registering temporary international staff in our access and compliance system in line with applicable laws and regulations
• Checking passports, ID’s, residence permits, work permits, and A1 certificates of international employees and contractors
• Processing Posted Worker notifications and ensuring compliance with applicable Dutch and European legislation
• Providing administrative support to colleagues within the cluster and projects

What do we ask for?

• Fluency in English; proficiency in conversational Dutch (from C1 level)
• MBO degree in Office Management, Management Assistant, Legal Secretary or a comparable qualification
• Proven relevant experience in administrative and/or coordinating roles
• Proven relevant experience handling residence and work permits, A1 certificates, and Posted Worker notifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong competencies in communication, responsibility, flexibility and customer orientation
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• A positive and enthusiastic team player
