We are a Rotterdam-based outbound sales agency. We book qualified meetings for established IT, software, and Microsoft-focused companies, and we do that by picking up the phone and starting conversations with senior decision-makers who have never heard of us.

The role
You call decision-makers at mid-sized and enterprise organizations and book meetings that turn into real sales opportunities for our clients. You work on two or three dedicated campaigns at a time, each with its own proposition and target accounts.
We make a lot of calls, and we also put real work into how those calls go, so you are not reading the same line three hundred times a day. You do your homework before you dial, lead with the right trigger, and steer the conversation toward a reason to meet. Better conversations book better meetings, and better meetings keep our clients with us.
You get a proven call structure to work from and ongoing coaching on your actual conversations, plus room to bring your own ideas to the script and the campaign. We expect you to hit your meeting targets, and we give you the support and the tools to get there.
What you'll do
Call senior decision-makers without a warm introduction and open the conversation yourself. Qualify opportunities on fit and timing. Book meetings that lead to follow-up and deals. Keep your pipeline and your numbers in order. Think along with project managers and clients on the scripts and propositions you work with.
What we're looking for
Native or C2-level English. At least two years of B2B outbound experience as an SDR, BDR, or something similar, with real cold calling in it. A track record of hitting or beating targets. Someone who picks up the phone without needing a push, works independently, and takes ownership of results. You are comfortable knowing that calling and booking meetings is the core of this job, every single day.
What we offer
An hourly rate of €25 - €30 (depending on seniority), plus a bonus of €50 to €100 for every qualified meeting you book, with more on top when you overperform. A four-day week, because our weekend starts on Friday. A contract or a freelance arrangement, whichever suits you best. Long-term campaigns with market-leading IT and tech clients, so you build real expertise instead of bouncing between short-lived projects. A two to four week onboarding, with coaching that continues well beyond your first week. Tools like Sales Navigator, a solid CRM, and AI support. Fully remote within Europe, with the option to work hybrid from our office in the center of Rotterdam.
