Als Accountmanager bij Signetbreedband ben jij de strategische partner voor organisaties die afhankelijk zijn van betrouwbare en kritische connectiviteit. Denk aan logistieke dienstverleners waar elke seconde telt, of zorginstellingen waar continuïteit en veiligheid letterlijk van levensbelang zijn. Jij helpt deze organisaties vooruit met slimme, toekomstbestendige managed services.

In deze rol ben jij hét vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze zakelijke klanten. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op, verdiept je in de processen en uitdagingen van de klant en signaleert proactief kansen om hun dienstverlening te versterken. Door goed te luisteren en door te vragen vertaal je complexe behoeften naar concrete oplossingen binnen ons portfolio.

Samen met collega’s uit sales, support en productontwikkeling zorg je ervoor dat klanten niet alleen voor Signetbreedband kiezen, maar ook op ons blijven vertrouwen. Van het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten tot het verder uitbouwen van bestaande samenwerkingen: jij zorgt ervoor dat bedrijven kunnen focussen op hun kernactiviteiten, terwijl wij hun kritische infrastructuur stabiel, veilig en toekomstvast maken.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

• Business development: Je werkt proactief aan nieuwe leads en klanten, met speciale focus op het stimuleren van groei binnen de segmenten zorg & logistiek.

• Portefeuillebeheer en groei: Beheer van bestaande accounts met focus op uitbreiding, upsell en cross-sell van onze verschillende diensten.

• Rapporteren van voortgang, KPI’s en nieuwe kansen aan het salesteam

• Coördineren van de samenwerking tussen klanten en interne team

• Bewaken van klanttevredenheid en realiseren van omzetdoelen

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt een commerciële HBO-opleiding afgerond (of soort gelijk).

• Je hebt 1–3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële, klantgerichte rol zoals accountmanagement of sales, bij voorkeur in de IT- of hostingsector.

• Je bent analytisch sterk, kunt snel schakelen en communiceert helder.

• Je vindt het leuk om met een breed technisch productportfolio te werken.

• Resultaatgericht, maar stelt de relatie met de klant altijd centraal.

• Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

• Je bent bereid om waar nodig klanten of evenementen te bezoeken.

As an Account Manager at Signetbreedband, you are the strategic partner for organizations that depend on reliable and critical connectivity. You help these organizations move forward with smart, future-proof managed services.

In this role, you are the dedicated point of contact for our business clients. You build lasting relationships, delve into the client's processes and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen their service delivery. By listening carefully and asking the right questions, you translate complex needs into concrete solutions within our portfolio.

Together with colleagues from sales, support, and product development, you ensure that clients not only choose Signetbreedband but also continue to trust us. From acquiring new clients to further expanding existing partnerships, you ensure that companies can focus on their core activities, while we make their critical infrastructure stable, secure, and future-proof.

What does your day look like?

• Business development: You proactively work on new leads and clients, with a special focus on driving growth within the healthcare & logistics segments.

• Portfolio management and growth: Managing existing accounts with a focus on expanding, upselling, and cross-selling our various services.

• Reporting progress, KPIs, and new opportunities to the sales team

• Coordinating collaboration between clients and the internal team

• Monitoring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial HBO (higher professional education) program (or similar).

• You have 1–3 years of experience in a commercial, customer-oriented role such as account management or sales, preferably in the IT or hosting sector.

• You have strong analytical skills, can switch gears quickly, and communicate clearly.

• You enjoy working with a broad technical product portfolio.

• Result-oriented, but always prioritizes the customer relationship.

• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

• You are willing to visit customers or events where necessary.
