Founded in 2011, the International NGO Safety Organization (INSO) is an international NGO that supports humanitarian aid workers by establishing safety coordination platforms in insecure contexts. INSO provides registered NGOs with a range of free services, including real-time incident tracking, analytical reports, safety-related data and mapping, crisis management support, staff orientations, and training. INSO provides daily support to more than 1,500 NGOs operating in 24 of the world's most insecure countries. Job Summary
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a new and vibrant team? The INSO Grants team is forming, and we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Grants Officers to join us at our headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands.
As a Grants Officer, you will be the focal point for 6-8 of our INSO country offices, playing a pivotal role in supporting them with grants management, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and fostering capacity building. This is a brand-new position where your contributions will make a significant impact from day one! As a member of the Grants team at INSO headquarters, the position will work closely with the Regional Directors, Finance Controllers, MEAL Manager, and INSO country offices. Your role will involve coordinating and centralising service and project outputs, monitoring and evaluation, and facilitating seamless communications from our country offices. To keep our grant management process running smoothly, you will assist with grant reviews, organise opening and closing meetings, and maintain meticulous records and learning processes.

Terms & Conditions
Fixed-term (renewable) full-time contract based in The Hague, Netherlands, EUR 4,800 per month, 8% vacation pay (vakantiegeld), 2.5 days annual leave per month. INSO will provide Basic Premium ONVZ health insurance. The right to live and work in the Netherlands is required for this position. Be aware that INSO's employment terms do not include transport and pension benefits.
