Om die groei verder vorm te geven, zoeken wij een ondernemende en zelfstandige Account Manager Duitsland, met focus op grondgebonden zonneparken, utility-scale BESS en grote dakinstallaties.

Jouw rol

Als Account Manager Duitsland ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige commerciële ontwikkeling van de Duitse markt. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Eindhoven, samen met één directe collega. Het team is klein, de impact groot. Daarom vinden we een goede klik, open communicatie en zelfstandigheid essentieel.

Je beweegt je soepel tussen strategie en operatie: van marktanalyse tot contractonderhandeling en van klantrelatie tot interne afstemming.

Wat ga je doen

- Actief identificeren en analyseren van marktpotentieel, prijsniveaus en trends

- Uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties én acquisitie van nieuwe klanten

- Verantwoordelijk voor sales en business development binnen utility-scale PV, BESS en grote daken

- Opstellen en realiseren van het jaarlijkse salesplan en commerciële targets

- Aansturen en coördineren van interne teams (engineering, legal, projectmanagement) per project

- Vertegenwoordigen van Greenbuddies op senior managementniveau in Duitsland

Wie zoeken wij

Je bent een commerciële professional die zich thuis voelt in complexe B2B-trajecten met hoge contractwaardes. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen op directie- en eigenaarsniveau.

Jij brengt mee:

- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare commerciële functie

- Aantoonbare B2B saleservaring met projecten van vergelijkbare omvang

- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden op senior managementniveau

- Bewezen commerciële successen en een resultaatgerichte mindset

- Voldoende managementvaardigheden om interne teams en projecten te sturen

- Een proactieve, zelfstandige en gestructureerde manier van werken

- Vloeiende beheersing van Duits (C1) en Engels — Nederlands is een pré

To further drive this growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and self-driven Account Manager Germany, with a focus on ground-mounted solar parks, utility-scale BESS and large rooftop installations.

Your role

As Account Manager Germany, you are responsible for the full commercial development of the German market. You will work from our Eindhoven office, closely together with one direct colleague. The team is small, but the impact is significant — which is why a good personal fit, open communication and independence are essential.

You move comfortably between strategy and execution: from market analysis to contract negotiations, and from customer relationships to internal coordination.

Your responsibilities:

• Actively identify and analyze market potential, pricing levels and market trends
• Further develop existing client relationships and acquire new customers
• Take responsibility for sales and business development within utility-scale PV, BESS and large rooftop projects
• Develop and execute the annual sales plan and achieve commercial targets
• Lead and coordinate internal teams (engineering, legal, project management) on a project basis
• Represent Greenbuddies at senior management level in Germany

Who are we looking for?

You are a commercial professional who feels comfortable in complex B2B sales processes with high contract values. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality and know how to build trust at executive and ownership level.

You bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable commercial role
• Proven B2B sales experience with projects of similar scale
• Strong negotiation skills at senior management level
• Demonstrable commercial success and a results-driven mindset
• Sufficient management skills to steer internal teams and projects
• A proactive, independent and structured way of working
• Fluent German (C1) and English — Dutch is a plus
