As our System Performance Analyst, you unpack complex radar data across the system lifetime. You collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales and Services, and Innovation and Development to ensure optimal performance. Reporting directly to the Manager of Customer Success – C-UAS, your insights shape continuous product improvement. Your analytical expertise directly helps customers protect critical infrastructure against drone threats.
Performance and optimization: Assess radar system performance across the full system lifetime. Provide insights for optimising radar configurations after deployment and throughout ongoing operations.
Root cause analysis: Analyse radar data to find the root cause of reported detection issues. Identify and troubleshoot complex tracking issues to maintain high-level reliability.
Customer data support: Provide data analysis support to customers for their specific installation sites. Analyse site-specific phenomena like multipath and configuration effects, communicating findings clearly.
Trend analysis and reporting: Identify trends in customer data to suggest radar performance and algorithm improvements. Create custom data reports for customers and internal teams using dedicated tools.
Tooling and workflows: Develop and maintain scripts and tooling to support data analysis workflows. Build and optimise visualization tools to make data findings accessible for everyone.
MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related computational field.
Basic knowledge of radar systems and core radar concepts.
Proven data analyst experience, focusing on spatial and temporal data aggregation.
Experience with databases using SQL and programming with Python or R.
Strong knowledge of statistics and statistical models to analyse data trends.
Ability to extract clear findings from extensive analyses and formulate actionable advice.
Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly across diverse backgrounds.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a strong drive to work independently.
Comfortable with up to 15% international travel for client-site training.
