Via interne trainingen en cursussen leren we je alle kneepjes van het vak. Klanten komen met hun vragen naar je toe. Dit kan via ons ticketsysteem, telefonisch of via de chat. We leggen uit hoe je de klant het beste kunt helpen en jij helpt hen vervolgens met de kennis die je net hebt opgedaan. We helpen je niet alleen om de allerbeste supportmedewerker te worden, maar ondersteunen je ook graag bij de volgende stap in je carrière.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?
Eerst een kop koffie! Na het doornemen van de resultaten van gisteren begin je de dag met je teamgenoten tijdens een stand-up meeting. Succesverhalen worden gedeeld, evenals lessen die we hebben geleerd van dingen die we niet hadden moeten doen. Zoveel klanten, zoveel vragen.

Elke dag is anders en brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee die je samen met je collega's voor de klant oplost. Je weet precies wat de klant zoekt, welk product of welke functie het beste aansluit bij hun behoeften, en je adviseert hen enthousiast. Je bent ook de schakel met productspecialisten en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete verbeteringen in onze producten en processen.

Geen zorgen, we leren je dit allemaal! Wij leren het je, en jij leert het onze klanten. Onze klanten hebben niet alleen overdag vragen; ze doen ook 's avonds en in het weekend een beroep op onze hulp. Hoewel je reguliere werkdagen doordeweeks zijn, kunnen we je vragen om een avond- of weekenddienst te draaien.

Zou je het prettiger vinden om regelmatig een deel van het weekend te werken? Dat is ook mogelijk, we denken graag met je mee over een planning die bij u past.

Jouw profiel
Motivatie! Het allerbelangrijkste dat we van je verwachten is een gezonde dosis enthousiasme en om te leren. Je bent een uitstekende luisteraar, begrijpt hun behoeften en geeft advies op maat. Je toont empathie voor de situatie van de klant en zorgt ervoor dat ze tevreden zijn met jouw oplossing.

We leren je alles: Hoe werkt DNS? Wat is een VPS? Hoe stel ik mijn e-mail in op mijn telefoon? Welk van jullie pakketten past het beste bij mijn behoeften? Voorkennis is niet nodig, want je leert het allemaal bij ons!

Through internal training and courses, we'll teach you all the tricks of the trade. Customers will come to you with their questions. This can be done through our ticket system, by phone, or via chat. We'll explain how to best assist the customer, and you, in turn, help them with the knowledge you've just acquired. We'll not only help you become the very best Supporter but also gladly support you in the
next step in your career.

What does your day look like?
First, a cup of coffee. After analyzing yesterday's results, you'll start the day with your teammates during a stand-up meeting. Success stories will be shared, as well as lessons learned from things we shouldn't do. So many customers, so many questions.

Every day is different and brings new challenges that you'll solve for the customer with the help of your colleagues. You know exactly what the customer is looking for, which product or feature best suits their needs, and you'll advise them enthusiastically. You'll also be the link with product specialists, translating customer needs into concrete improvements in our products and processes.

Don't worry, we'll teach you all this! We will teach you, and you will teach our customers. Our customers don't just have questions during the day; they also use our help in the evenings and on weekends. Although your regular working days are weekdays, we may ask you to take on an evening or weekend shift.

Would you prefer to work part of the weekend on a regular basis? That is also possible, we are happy to brainstorm with you about a schedule that suits you.

Your Profile
Motivation! The most important thing we expect from you is a healthy dose of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You're an unparalleled listener, understand their needs, and provide tailored advice. You'll show empathy for the customer's situation and ensure they're happy with your solution.

We'll teach you everything: How does DNS work? What is a VPS? How do I set up my email on my phone? Which of your packages best suits my needs? No prior knowledge is necessary, because you'll learn it all with us!

Additionally, we are looking for;
