Salary, various development tracks, multiple brands and divisions therefore various career possibilities

Cons

Only healthcare division and real estate are within the Randstad, other offices are a bit further. Sometimes a bit too bureaucratic

Very nice work atmosphere, hybrid work from home is pleasant and the office is also nice.

Cons

Trainee salaries were weirdly linked together so regardless of the role you took after the traineeship. This means some ex-trainees were definitely underpaid.
