      - Lots of room for personal growth - Plenty of room to contribute ideas/solutions/initiatives/expertise - The employer focuses well on the health of the employee, both mentally and physically - Healthy work culture in which problems are dealt with in a solution-oriented manner

      A scale-up environment can be a bit messy, which also brings its charm

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility in terms of work hours and location. No micromanagement. You can shape your job to suit you. Good company values.

      Cons

      You need to be proactive and able to work independently. It's not a place where there is someone always giving you instructions (which actually suits me well).

      Pros

      Flexible company. Great place for personal growth but also the possibilty to grow your own career and explore what you like. High trust in responsibility and last but not least wonderful collegues.

      Cons

      Not that I can think of.
