      Collaboration culture with all people wanting to help new hires to get up to speed. Modern DELL sales approach is really advanced and creates feeling of 'the new way of selling' in an AI company

      Cons

      Very humble tech focus while story of the new DELL needs to be told more and louder as DELL is much more then IT infrastructure company
