Pros

Lightspeed is truly one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Lightspeed is a professional and caring company and their employees count and mean so much to them. I have never had such a warm welcome on my first day of starting at Lightspeed than at any other company I have worked for before. I have only been with Lightspeed for two month's and I feel like part of the family and as if I have worked for Lightspeed for many years. Everyone is all departments is so willing to help you settle in to make your work experience the best ever. You will never look back again, choose Lightspeed as your company to work for.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons - I can only think of positive facts

Pros

Working in the hospitality industry and still having evenings/ weekends off. Young, motivated and international team. Helping small businesses be more data driven. Flexible with where you work from (2 months abroad a year) Lots of social events and a close team that becomes a family over time. More responsibility quickly given if you show ability and commitment. Empathetic managers.

Cons

The young team does mean there is sometimes a lack of experience to learn from. No investment in external learning opportunities. Currently a big focus on profit meaning certain costs are held back on (such as travel and office parties outside of the office).
