Pros

Working as a People Operations working student at Mollie can be a really positive experience if you enjoy being close to people, processes, and the day to day rhythm of a growing company. What stands out most is the chance to learn a lot in a short time. You get exposure to real People Operations work, which helps you understand how HR processes, employee experience, and internal support all come together. It is a role where you can build practical skills that are useful far beyond the job itself. Another big plus is the environment. Mollie tends to feel fast paced, modern, and collaborative, so you are not just doing repetitive tasks. You are often trusted with meaningful work and get to see how your contribution supports the wider team. That can make the role feel rewarding and motivating.

Pros

The team is amazing, everyone is so nice and helpful. Everyone is willing to help out, which is super. The office is great as well, similarly to all the benefits you get! Best first big-girl job!

Cons

Those are only personal cons, since I have to travel quite the bit to get to work. But Mollie respects the work-life balance, and helps out by providing a NS card, and offering working from home on a 50/50 base!
