ABC interview questions

The interview process was so bad ..the person who took the interview is highly unprofessional.Doesn't have a common sense what questions he can ask in interview??He himself doesn't have the knowledge of Hr job role.The hr lady who took the 1st round of interview said about the bond that we need to do.
