ABN AMRO Software Engineer interview questions

a bit chaotic, i felt the procedure was prepared in a rush. a lot of steps and it all took quite a long time, things moved very slowly. the interviewers were quite nice people though

The interview consisted of a couple of steps: 1-HR Interview 2-Technical assignment 3-Technical interview after assignment 4-Behavioral interview. The overall process was good, but I wonder why they put behavioral interview at the final stage, after passing all those technical and time-consuming steps (e.g assignment) Well, in the last part, there were two persons, one like manager and the other an scrum master. They asked everything from way of working to challenges, preferences, etc. Then said there were 3 or more teams one with dynamic environment with less interacted developers and the others with stable environment and helpful colleagues. I chose more stable environment and everything went well. Then 2 days later they called and rejected me and told we only have 2 dynamic teams!! They didn't approach honestly and I really got shocked and disappointed that why I wasted my time for them!
