I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Nottingham, Engeland) in Feb 2017
Interview
It started with an online application and online assessments, both were very long, but not difficult.I was then invited to an interview, where I record my answers on my laptop. They only give you 10 seconds to answer a question, I was told the interviews will be on the Aldi business model, however, they were all about me. They called me afterwards telling me Aldi has a grooming policy and that I should have worn a tie and groomed my beard. As I am a Sikh I found this offensive and asked the man if he saw my turban in the video, otherwise why else would he say that. I was then contacted by head office and was sent multiple emails and phone calls apologising for what the recruitment team had told and why I did not get accepted. The really did not want me to file a discrimination complaint. As this all happening this past month I have not considered If I should or no. Aldi is a German company If you want to apply make sure you are well dressed and white, otherwise you do not stand a chance :)

Interview
They used Inroads, and so we were required to go to the office in Houston for first interviews. If they wanted us to come to a second interview, then they told us the next week. The second interview was at their new warehouse and they pulled us out of the room a couple at a time. I interviewed with 3 people that day.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ALDI (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Dinner beforehand, followed by 1 on 1 interview the next day. The dinner was easy going. They gave a presentation about the company and then we sat at a table with one current employee and 5 or 6 other people applying for various positions. The interview was the following day. I think I had a particulary long interview. I flubbed the question that I have listed which is why I think I didnt get the position. Also I was the only non business major applying. But they said that wasnt a factor so idk.
