The first stage which is on line application doesn't give us that privilege to express our real potential . The time allowance for maths section isn't enough in such that, they should consider mature students who cannot use on line timed questions in a speedy way.

Customers aren't allowed to walk into the warehouse at the back of an Aldi store for heAlth. And safety reasons. You are working in the warehouse that day unpacking a recent delivery when you noticed a customer walking in. They have been trying to find some items that they want to buy and they can't see them on the shelf so they want you to check whether there are any available in the warehouse. What do you do?
Group interview where you had to role-play scenarios about working in the store. Hard to actually get a word in and it was online which made it even more difficult.
Had a group online interview and I felt it was very hard to get any point across and it felt very over the top and the process seemed too long for what the job actually was
Started as a group where we were educated on the history and benefits about working at ALDI, and were asked what we think working at ALDI is like. Seemed like a good company with fair pay. The individual interview itself only asked availability.
