The managers were super friendly. They just ask about scenarios in which you'd have to react in customer service. I ended up working 2 years for ALDI, it's definitely worth it compared to a lot of customer service jobs :)

Initial interview is a group interview with 20 plus people. There is a tour of the store, and an explanation of expectations and company history. There is a short meeting with hiring management for screening for 2nd interview.
