after submitting online application, then had to record myself answering questions on an online portal. After I then had to attend an in person interview. Each one lasted around 30 minutes. For the instore interview I had to ask a member of staff where to go as no-one knew i was even coming.

It was a video interview, you start with a practice question and answer it. Then begin the main test, you have 30seconds to read and practice the answer before your time starts counting. You have 60 seconds to answer your questions and it you can’t go back after you’ve started.
