I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Lewes, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Really simple and easy. Simplest process ever. I think it varies in different stores, but mine was simple, easy, relaxed and quick. After the interview I was emailed back for a work trial the next week. Pretty fast paced but it looks good and pays well so I liked it.
