I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Bristol, Engeland) in Jul 2020
Interview
Extensive initial stages filling out details about yourself and CV as well as some in-depth competency based questions. Later there was a situational judgement test. Next stage was a one-way interview that was made up of four questions where you had a minute to answer each of them... was nothing too challenging. Final stage was two in person interviews in the store.

Interview
I applied online which included a personality assessment. I was then invited to do an online assessment and video interview, a question comes on the screen and you have a minute to think of an answer then it will record you. Then I was invited for face-to-face interview.

Interview
Long application online, called in for interview which was a 10min semi-informal chat. I was then told i would hear in 48 hours, but 10 days later received an email saying I have done great but my info is being kept on file until a suitable position opened up. I think it got too close to Christmas to train up so hopefully hear back in the new year.
