ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

Had to do a remote group interview with people from around the country, was a terrible experience. They should change how they interview people as I was in an interview with mostly men who spoke over me and the other woman in the interview frequently. I found the process silly and time-wasting.

Chill, Easy going. straight. direct. didn't stress you out. listen to you carefully. they actively looking to know about you. who you are and how can you contribute to the team.
