ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

Did the application and assessment online, was called in for a group assessment. We were 11 of us had to introduce ouselves and then from there We then worked on a group assesment about if we crushed in our interview clothes in cold freezing temp what would we do. Ornganised answers we failed.

Applied online in August. Initial interview in December. 2 hour try out in store in January where we were told we definitely had jobs and would receive a call in a few days. This has now been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Feel mislead by the manager as he failed to manage expectations....he also asked my age during our little chat which really should not be part of this process as i am very physically fit and strong and more than able to work the shift rotations.
