I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Cork)
Interview
I applied in person. Was brought in for a group interview. There was 20 of us total. We started out with introducing ourselves, with names and current/past jobs. We walked through the store to see how everything was set up in the morning. When the walk through was over, we sat down and all had to answer three different questions. Everyone I met was very professional and nice. Area menager was very professional and nice too.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Walkden, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
Filled in an online application form took 3 hours. Mixture of competency questions, Maths, English, attention to detail. Invited to a group Assessment, 3 of us there. Asked to tell the group about ourselves, previous work history, what we like to do in our spare time and why we want to work at Aldi. 2 hours later invited to a store experience but this wasn't for 1 month and I am still awaiting this.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Sheffield, Engeland)
Interview
For me, the hiring process was split up into 3 stages over a period of 3/4 weeks. An online application form, a group interview and then finally a trial shift (I seemed to avoid a direct 1 on 1 interview).
