I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Plymouth, Engeland) in Jul 2016
Interview
Called into an individual assessment about 1 week after I applied online. The interview was fairly relaxed with two of the managers. About 1 week after I was emailed in for a Store Experience which included filling out some paperwork about health & safety and then we went on to restock the freezers. I was shown how to use the lifts to bring the pallets out and how to depose of the cardboard. This was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting to hear if i got the job or not.

Interview
They called me in. It only lasts 20 mins. They ask the standard questions and then give you a sheet of maths and general knowledge questions. Very easy that part is.

Interview
Onlne application followed by one to one interview with area manager, very friendly and chatty. Short maths page to complete.questions about correct change, 20 other applicants on same day. I Thought it went well. He Said I'd hear the following day by email, however, didn't Hear for two days, unfortunately it was a no.
I had researched the company, ethos, history, and had practiced the interview questions. I just wasn't what they were looking for.
