I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALFA (Montgomery, AL) in Jun 2015
Interview
I interviewed twice. Once for a senior developer lead role and a second time for a developer role, both as a contractor. The first interview, I was met by two non-technical people and I was asked about my work history. I explained that I am the lead over 30+ projects working with a defense contractor. I researched my interviewers and I threw in little tidbits about their work history from LinkedIn. I thought it went well. They decided that I had not led enough people to be considered for the senior role. About 3 months later I interviewed for the developer role and I was interviewed by a tech savvy person.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALFA (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2015
Interview
Contacted by recruiter. After several attempts to contact the recruiter as to an interview time I finally got contacted by his assistant. Finally got interview scheduled after a week and half of trying. Good interview with company. Tried 3 times over a 2+ week period to get a status and was finally told an offer was extended 4 days prior. Not a pleasant experience
