I was first approached on Linkedin by HR. I followed a first phone interview with the HR, where I was asked general questions. I then had a skype interview with the HR (as they were not in town), which went way more in debt. In involved questions about my background, my career, my past choices and my expectations for the future. It also involved role games, simulating hypothetical situations at work (like making a sales call or dealing with my employees). After passing this interview, I had the technical one with the manager. They went through my background, and my choices again in order to get my profile. Is stopped at this stage; an interview with the UK CEO would have followed.
