J'ai passé un entretien avec ALTEN Belgium. J'ai été contacté suite à ma candidature pour un premier échange téléphonique avec la responsable RH, puis un deuxième entretien en Visio avec la même responsable, ensuite un entretien Visio en anglais avec deux manager (technique et RH)

Une qualification téléphonique puis un entretien assez poussé avec la recruteuse. Simulation / sketch de ventes dans le cadre d'un rdv avec l'un des clients fictifs pour tester sens commercial, prise d'information, et potentiels de recrutements pour Alten. Puis entretien avec le futur manager direct, ça depend probablement desquels mais celui que j'ai rencontré essayait de mettre en difficulté pour tester ma ténacité et ma capacite de rebond. Puis entretien avec directeur de Business Unit.

Very spontaneous conversation and constructive conversation with clear expectations for the interview as well as for the job. However, finding out more about the job, I had the feeling the position was promoted better than what it is. More concretely, the nice aspects were emphasized and the negative aspects were either minimized or not mentioned
