APM Terminals Operations Planner interview questions

Interview was going well, a couple of technical questions in English then they switched to moroccan dialect, I switched back as well and we had a lovely chat at first, then came the salary and contract negotiations, stated that the base salary for the job was lower than my current one, but they didn't provide a real number they just kept saying that my expectations were beyond the budget even though I was told otherwise on the phone call with the HR, one of the Interviewers was pretending to be an HR and was discussing contract type while she was not actually an HR, she was an engineer with a 5 year experience or more at the open position, something that gor me weirded out... not to mention we started one hour and half late, the two interviewers took the liberty to order Starbucks and finish off breakfast before calling out the 1st candidate, at that point I was cold and tired of having to travel from casablanca at 6 am to attend the interview during the cold month of January so all the stress was gone and I just wanted everything to be done with.... safe to say I didn’t receive any comeback, positive nor negative, was planning to send an email to complain about the bad quality of the interview but chose not to, and later on I found out that one acquaintance got kaid off after the training period without any notice, if your KPIs are not moving then you may be subjected to the same treatment, proceed at your own risk.
