Applied online. Manager reached out to book interview through email within a week. Met up with manager. The interview itself was really weird. It felt like the manager was trying to understand my personality more than my experience. Felt like I was under interrogation. Not a pleasant talk. When I asked what the next step would be if I go through, the manager responded that it would be some form of test, not a personality test, but a test with customers involved where you have to prove yourself.
