ASML Global Product Support Engineer interview questions

I applied online and about a week later had a 20-30 min phone interview scheduled. The recruiter had obviously not read much of my resume because she kept getting basic facts wrong when she would quiz me on them, and then told me I wasn't experienced enough for anyone in the industry to pay the salary I wanted. When I clarified that I was in fact making that salary currently (no mention of my masters degree, either), she told me that I was probably just telling her my overall compensation package and not my base salary, at which point I just ended the interview.
