I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASML in May 2019
Interview
Consists of several screening steps in which in each step you can be rejected (online application, telephone interview, selection day). Applied through e-mail with a resume and motivation letter. Then was called for a short interview on the phone. Was unprepared for the phone interview as it was relatively sudden. HR person promised me I would get contacted through telephone the next day at a specific time for feedback. Ended up waiting for nothing as I did not get a call back at all. I tried to contact back, no response. A few days later got a standard rejection e-mail without any feedback. I would have rated the experience positively, despite being denied if the HR person would do as they said so, but they didn't on top of not receiving any feedback. To me the worst is when people don't do as they have promised to. It's unprofessional, all employees are a representation of company culture and thus I'm glad my application didn't go any further.
