I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Ghaziabad) in Oct 2025
Interview
There's 3 stages to get interview call.
First you need to clear Cognitive and Technical Assessment which has CS concepts and reasoning, pseudocode type mcqs. After that there's a Coding round it's generally right after the cognitive assessment u wait for 10-15 mins if u cleared it than this section gets unlocked. There's 3 questions one web dev, one database and last one dsa.
If you're able to do all 3 u get aase and if not than ase ig any one u get correct.
After that communication round, just read aloud english and it's easy haven't seen anyone failing this.
And finally the interview. It's basic hr interview, they asks questions related to you, your project, how u handle this that, team, hobbies etc. pretty chill though and you'll only fail if you're mute or don't know literally anything about u or company.
And there's another test after you got selected for aase or ase that is mycompetency which you're given 3 chances and if u fail your offer is revoked and u don't get any joining so make sure to study good during the training phase, this happens when u have completed your training which is online.
Its on campus hiring
The interview was straightforward and lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer began with a brief introduction and then asked me to introduce myself. Most of the questions were HR-related, focusing on my background, career goals, strengths, willingness to relocate, and interest in joining the company. The interviewer was friendly and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable.
