Accenture Consultant Strategy interview questions

Case method of interview, focus is on how you approach the problem and not the solution. Behavioral interviews are mixed with the case interview to determine fit. There will be multiple interviews with similar formats.

First contact was a telephone interview lasting around 30 mins, conducted by a senior manager, to talk through CV. Second step was a case study test at the Accenture offices. Pretty standard case interview format - given 10 minutes to read through the case, during which time I was left alone in the interview room. The interviewer then returned the room as asked me to present strategic insights. Final interview step was a face to face interview with a Senior Executive.
