I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Canberra) in Jul 2016
Interview
Graduate application, online testing, recorded video response, face-to-face interview. All the steps were really straight forward, the recorded response gave you a few attempts to get it right, and the person who interviewed me made it very conversational and easy going. I wasn't thrown by any of the questions, and we talked quite a bit about the interviewer's experience at Accenture so I had an idea of the company culture.

Interview
It was very smooth and generally questions were from CV itself. One should be thorough with Cv and job description to answer those questions. They are looking for someone who is confident and can handle the challenges in job.

Question 1
About the previous job experience and cross questions from there
Three interviews: 1. Fit interview, 2. Case interview and 3. Interview with unit lead. Fit interview was on my background and motivations. Case interview included standard problem-solving/market sizing types of questions. The interview with unit lead was more on my expectations with Accenture and the work I might be doing.
