the selection consisted of three rounds of telephonic interviews. the first was a technical interview, the second an HR interview and the third final was a mixed identity verification video conference. so that was the selection process. It was required then for me to fill in a form supplying my academic records and other details.

Question 1
where have you failed in your life and what did you learn from it?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
