Firstly, I gave the elitmus examination which is just like a mock cat.
You will get the call from accenture if your score is above 120 .
The interview is not a tough one to crack as there is only one round(tech+hr)
A group of 5-6 people are interviewed simultaneously.
Main the criteria of their selection is based on communication skills.

Question 1
To give extempore on topic "If you are the most powerful person in the world, then what will you do"
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
