I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture (Dehradun) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process was a friendly and engaging experience lasting about 15-20 minutes. The interviewer, who was very kind and approachable, began with basic questions about Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts. They asked me to explain key principles such as abstraction, polymorphism, inheritance, and encapsulation, ensuring I understood their definitions and applications.
Following this, the discussion shifted to my projects and internship experiences. I shared insights about my roles and responsibilities during the internships, emphasizing the technical and managerial skills I developed. I also highlighted my achievements, such as being among the top performers in coding competitions and my leadership experiences.
Overall, the conversation was smooth, and the interviewer made it comfortable by encouraging detailed explanations of my experiences and accomplishments.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
