Accenture Consultant - Strategy interview questions

Interview day that consists of 3 rounds of Case Interview (interviewer led, candidate led and surprises..). Final round with Director ( More Case). Have to really understand how a case interview is done and be flexible for surprises.

It was a pretty straightforward video interview asking you about the reasons why you have chosen the role and why the firm. There was a case study included as part of the video interview which was relatively easy. Make sure you analyse the graphs and draw quick conclusions. The case study asks you to identify 5 problems and to give 5 recommendations to solve those identified problems.
