First of all HR connected, and this HR personal drives the whole process and remains till the end. 2nd round was of technical and telepohonic. It lasts for about 1 HR and in full detail. 3rd round was face to face with the Sr Manager. It lasts for around 30-35 minutes, more on a management side. HR face to face happens on the same day. Post this, one final interview was from partner from US. It also laste for about 40 mins and revolved around generic ques like how i see myself in 10 yrs etc

There are three rounds of interviews. First, a pretalk with a manager to distinguish guys to get into capability assessment, and there is a pressure test. Second, group interview to assess candidates' ability. Third, talk with the head of the department to determine whether the guy is proper to enroll.
