Interview
I applied through online portal in Nov 2017, got call from HR in Jan 2018 but process started in Feb 2018 when another hr called for setting up interview with manager. First interview Mid of march 2018, second with senior manager end of march and final with MD in April first week.
I had to wait for result until mid of June and offer by end of June. So from Nov 2017 to July 2018 was long waiting time and test of patience.

4 Cases in 2 rounds and Set of situational Q&A on supply chain topics with MD.
First round:-
Case 1: Client needs to evaluate a SEA market for entry. Market size, which one to select? How to set up the operations?
Case 2: Convince senior mgmt of O&G company of a product. An O&G company is struggling to manage its inventory? How to go about?
Second round:-
Case 1: Client needs to implement weight based ticketing method for passenger in aviation industry. How would you go about implmentation?
Case 2: O&G company's procurement and scm is pulling down the group's performance. How would you go about fixing the problem?
Third round:
How to use blockchain efficiently in logisitcs and inventory performance improvement?
What steps should be taken to improve ITR of spare parts division of a company?
How to go about sourcing strategy for a commodity for automotive manufacturer?
In all rounds there were question related to personal and professional growth per resume. Total 45 to 1 hrs for each interview.
