3rd party consultancy or hr will approach you via email or phone. if interested, they will schedule interviews. interview schedule is communicated before hand. one technical, one functional and 1 hr interview. they go pretty deep technically.

Interview
Initially my CV was short listed through campus placement process. Next round of interview was conducted by HR resource, mainly personality based questions. this round was telephonic. Next week i was called to the office for a 1:1 interview. This round was technical and focussed around areas mentioned in my CV. After a couple of days HR called me to office to collect the offer letter which i accepted
