I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adobe (San Jose, CA) in May 2015
Interview
It was a 4-5 hour interview process after a presentation to a team of 15. i was interviewed by several teams and team heads. Was asked to solve problems on the board related to econometrics, data and R. I had to make a presentation about my PhD thesis. Quite a rigorous interview and daunting processes
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I gave them my resume at a career fair back in February.
A few weeks later, in mid-March, they contacted me asking if I was interested in interviewing for a data science intern position. I didn't really get this E-mail right away, as it was buried in other E-mails. I managed to reply a week later with a "yeah I'm interested" and I got a coding interview about a week later, and then scheduled another interview for a couple weeks after that.
There were two interviews. One was a coding phone screen, where the interviewer asked an algorithms question. This one also involved a live online document that was editable by both myself and the interviewer where I would type out code upon request. The second interview was also a phone interview, about my experiences and projects. They called this a modeling interview.
Both times the phone reception was spotty, but that may be due to my end and not theirs. The interviewers seemed nice enough.

2) Do you have any questions?
Interview 2:
Talk about your experiences--particularly in data science or machine learning
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Adobe (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I got the interview a day after the campus career fair; the interviewer was just the one I talked with on the career fair. He asked me for my Github account at the beginning, and then asked some technical and probability problems. Though I didn't get into the next round, it was a quite enjoyable interview.
