Was put through 5 rounds of 30min interviews for a contract position. 3/5 interviewers were late or rescheduled. Most showed up slumped over in hoodies and acted like they wanted to be anywhere else. Showed no care or creative questions. In the end of the final round, I got a "another candidate was better" response and no feedback. I come from a mostly startup to small-size company background and two interviewers scoffed at the lack of big company exposure as if Adobe is so amazing and impressive. Unprofessional, clearly looking to slap a bandaid on a role that they can underpay and not have it be full-time
