I applied online. I interviewed at Adobe (Bournemouth, Engeland) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview was fairly laid back which made me relax a lot more and be myself. They asked lots of competency based questions about previous work experience and also about work at university. I was also asked about why I want to work for Adobe and why my chosen role in Marketing.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Adobe (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jul 2012
Interview
Very smooth and engaging conversation with the recruiter over the phone. Enjoyable. I was really interested in the company and the job but even though they have an office in Utah, the position was in California. No flexibility. Too bad for both of us. I was really happy though that I could apply online and actually get a call! Thrilling. Adobe seems like a great place to work.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Adobe in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview was fairly standard and I was able to expand upon my relevant experiences. There was definitely a focus on gathering information versus "testing" me as the interview candidate. Very relaxed as well and the interviewer was easy to talk to. Additionally, it seemed as if they were looking for more sales/finance interns (at least on my individual campus).
