Interview
The process is long. You meet with all levels of the org you'll be entering. But, be prepared to schedule interviews, do an assignment, present the assignment throughout the span of nearly 3 months. My process was confusing. I had multiple recruiters reaching out to me. I was initially scheduled for my next panel interview with the exact same people, then had to re-work my week to have my interview rescheduled in order to actually meet with new panelists. I wrapped up my interview with a board member, which was supposed to be the final interview. Then the recruiter calls me out of the blue and asks me to schedule another final interview. In the end, I was rejected. The feedback was I didn't show enthusiasm to join Adyen. I suppose rearranging to accommodate their mistakes and 6 interviews and an assignment presentation prior to the final person over nearly 3 months didn't show enough enthusiasm to join Adyen.

Went smooth. Only thing is they don’t give honest feedback. After the round interview. I thought I’m much better than my potential manager at Adyen. Was expecting rejection due to her feeling the danger if I step in. Got rejected as expected :)

Recruiter was a very poor listener. Questions asked were almost like going through motion. And repeated questions were asked without bothering to understand the context and feedback earlier. Quick to dismiss candidate and just overall nonchalant attitude.

Inicio processo bem normal, com algumas fases, estudos de caso, e avaliacao final. Ponto de atencao foi no case pedido, com grau de complexidade medio-alto, em ingles, porem muito demorado para ser preparado devido a grande quantidade de informacoes.
Case entregue, apresentado, porem sem NENHUM RETORNO da empresa.
Inacreditavel a falta de respeito com um candidato.
